Who can buy

• You must be 18 or older.
• US only: available to buyers in the United States.

What you get

• One fit report for $39, one time, no subscription. You pay only after your photos pass our checks.
• Your report arrives within 48 hours of payment, or we refund you automatically.
• Measurements are estimates with a range, and are labeled unvalidated until our accuracy study is done. Risk flags are rules of thumb.
• Shoe interiors are lab-derived, modeled for your size: a lab measured the shoe at one size and we model it for yours. Shoes without lab data are labeled estimated and never rank first.

Fit guidance, not medical advice

The report is shoe-fit guidance. It is not medical advice. If you have a bunion, neuroma or diabetes, see a podiatrist first.

Fit guarantee and refunds

If our #1 pick doesn’t fit, we keep re-fitting for free until it does. Re-fits run for 6 months after your report. We don’t handle shoe returns; the store you bought from does. Refunds are automatic only for a late report or a duplicate charge; anything else is at our discretion. The details are in fit guarantee and refunds.
