What we collect to make your fit report, how long we keep it, and who can see it.
What we collect
- Your email, so we can send your report and the check-in emails.
- Two top photos of your feet on printer paper.
- The shoes you tell us about, how they fit, and how you use them.
- The measurements we take from your photos.
Your photos
- Your phone strips location data from each photo before upload. We reject any upload that still carries GPS tags.
- Photos sit in private storage. Viewing one takes a short-lived link that expires on its own.
- Every photo gets a delete-by date when it arrives: 7 days if you don’t pay, 30 days after your report if you do. That includes backups, within their retention window. A daily check alerts us to any photo kept past its date.
- We use AI services to measure your photos, with settings that exclude training on your data and keep retention to a minimum.
Your report
- Your report lives at a private link. We can turn that link off at your request.
- Report pages send no referrer to other sites and are kept out of our analytics.
- Your measurements stay tied to your order. We delete them when you ask.
- Only if you opt in, we keep your measurements without your name to improve our fit data.
Security and deletion
- Database access is limited row by row. Staff tools sit behind sign-in with two-factor authentication.
- Our logs never store photos or the full text you type.
- Ask us to delete your data by replying to any email we’ve sent you. We do it within 30 days.
