Fit guarantee

If our #1 pick doesn’t fit, we keep re-fitting for free until it does.

Tell us which shoe and size you tried and what felt wrong, from your report or at the 30-day check-in, any time in the 6 months after your report. We re-rank your shoes and email you new picks within 48 hours, one re-fit at a time, as many rounds as it takes. There’s no return paperwork for us.

A re-fit can suggest the same shoe in another size or width when what you tell us points that way, for example one width up after a tight ball of the foot. Otherwise a shoe you tried is left out.

We sell a report, not shoes. Returning the shoes themselves goes through the store you bought them from, under its return policy.

Refunds

We refund your $39 automatically if we can’t deliver your report within 48 hours of payment, and we refund any duplicate charge for the same report. These are the only automatic refunds.

Something else gone wrong? Reply to any email from us. A person looks at it and may refund at our discretion.

Not covered

• Returns for style, color or price.
• Re-fits for shoes that weren’t in your report.
